The deadline to register online is February 26, 2010. The pre-registration is prior to January 1st, after this date the regular registration fees will apply.

Reimbursement Policy
The person interested in a reimbursement must go to Financial Services in the Administration and cultural building of the University of Guadalajara to petition their reimbursement.
All reimbursements will be done in cash and only the person of interest with an ID can pick up the amount requested.
The following criteria will be applied to all reimbursement requests:

Only 95% will be reimbursed of the total amount as long as the reimbursement request is done prior to February 5, 2010.

No reimbursements will be given after that date.

Reimbursements will be done Monday thru Friday.
Note: The maximum reimbursement is 95% due to the administrative and operation costs of 5%.
